Excellent episode all round, for oh so many reasons. After a bit of a slow start in some ways, this season is really kicking in. No idea what that title means though.
Also, amazing how a throwaway reference to a fictional author -- Dave Algonquin, pen name of character Ken Cosgrove -- makes the internet explode with creativity.
