Murder on the Orient Express Special Features
Several of the featurettes (on Agatha Christie, on Poirot, and one that generally covered the making of the film), plus the deleted scenes with commentary (by director Kenneth Branagh and screenwriter Michael Green), and about the first half of the main film commentary (by the same contributors). Not truly in-depth stuff, but all interesting enough.
