Collection Count

Collection Count tracks my DVD/Blu-ray collection via a number of statistics every week.

This week that includes: a BD-to-4K upgrade (Arrow's edition of The Man from U.N.C.L.E.); a BD-to-4K upgrade where I'm keeping the BD (Arrow's RoboCop, because I own the limited edition Blu-ray with a whole extra disc — I long ago decided to settle for the single-disc 4K as a supplement rather than replace the whole set, and finally bought it in their recent sale); and two new releases from Radiance (it would've been more, but I've gotta cut back somewhere!)

Number of titles in collection: 3,333 [up 5]
Of which DVDs: 1,002 [no change]
Of which Blu-rays: 2,331 [up 5]
— of which Ultra HD Blu-rays: 377 [up 3]

Number of discs in collection: 8,046 [up 6]
Number of films: 4,107 [up 5]
Number of additional cuts: 392 [up 1]
Number of TV episodes: 9,742 [no change]
Number of short films: 1,148 [no change]

See you next week, faithful reader, when it's again time for a monthly running time update — and, depending on the whims of various retailers and postal services, there could be anywhere between 0 and 15 new additions! (15 is highly unlikely, but 10 is possible. It was possibly going to be even more, but then one turned up this week and others got delayed, so...)
