Can't remember the last time I watched this, but it was before this blog began -- and that was 9 years ago this month, which more than likely means it's been over a decade. Where does time go?! On a similar note, it's been six years since I watched any of the Pirates films. With a new one imminent, it's an exceptionally good time to get round to a revisit.
Anyway, the first is a great movie. In fact, as a blockbuster action-adventure, I'd say it's pretty much perfect.
