Mark Millar interview: Kick-Ass creator on the movie sequel

The writer/co-creator of the Kick-Ass comic has a chat about the sequel to the film, which is due to start shooting in a couple of months. Be warned, he also chats about Kick-Ass 3 (the comic thereof), and in doing so spoils some events from Kick-Ass 2 (as in the comic, but probably therefore the film too).
