aka The Celestial Toymaker Part 1. With all the rumours about the Toymaker’s forthcoming return, I thought it was about time I watched his debut (and, so far, only televisual) appearance. Of course, I can’t properly watch it because it’s 75% missing, so the Loose Cannon recon will have to suffice.
