The outlandish Doctor Who movie that never was

I heard about the screenplay for "the third Dalek film" (which actually has nothing to do with the Daleks) after the screening the other week at which its existence was revealed, but I think this is the first deep-dive into what that screenplay is actually about. Very interesting.
